  • When should I start seeing results?

    See noticeable improvements in your fitness within your first 30 days at CrossFit Covey!  For optimal results, we recommend attending at least 3 classes per week to build consistency and maximize your progress.


  • Do you help with nutrition & recovery?

    At CrossFit Covey, we believe that true fitness goes beyond the gym. We provide guidance on nutrition and sleep to help you maximize your energy levels and achieve optimal results.

  • Do I need to be in shape to join the gym?

    No matter your fitness level, you belong at CrossFit Covey.  We assess every new member and offer scaled versions of each workout, ensuring a challenging yet achievable experience for everyone.

  • How is CrossFit Covey different?

    At CrossFit Covey, you're more than just a member – you're part of our family. We're a locally owned gym built on community and support, where everyone is welcomed and encouraged to achieve their goals.

  • How often should I workout?

    New to fitness? Start with 2-4 CrossFit sessions per week and gradually increase your frequency as you adapt.  Listen to your body, prioritize recovery, and work your way up to 5 days a week for maximum results.

  • What are the workouts like?

    Never get bored with your workouts again!  We offer diverse programming that includes strength training, cardio, gymnastics, and Olympic lifting, ensuring a fun and engaging experience every time you step into CrossFit Covey.
